"Location was right across the street from sights, dining and shopping. View of gate from room was incredible! AC wasn't great, but the room has a huge window that you can open and a cool breeze blows in easily. They also provide a nice fan that keeps the room comfortable. "

The staff were very helpful, and I even received a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine simply because it was my birthday, during my stay. I have stayed in few finer hotels."

"Just back from a visit to Idar-Oberstein. Parking was easy, I arrived after 10pm so reception was closed but a staff member was able to quickly get me checked in. Room was perfect for my stay. Hotel is close to the Felsenkirche and castles. The Norma shop is 2 minutes walk away and there are several places to eat in the square."
