About this property

Walk to everything downtown and beach

  • Large 5 Bedroom property, with 2 bedroom suites. This was purchased in 2015, with new flooring and paint thru out. This condo is located in a 4 condo complex close to everything. The adjoining property numbers are 119549 205955 and 705461. Just in case, you have a really large group. 5 decks, and grill. Deck off of every bedroom. 1 suite on first floor. 3 bedrooms on 2nd floor, one with a private bath where the entrance to the property is located. Living area is on the 3rd floor, with plenty of dining area There is a large master bedroom suite on the 4th floor, with jetted tub. Parking for 5 cars.

    I do not start or end rentals on Saturday. I offer weekend, long weekend and weekly rentals. For weekly rentals you can start on Friday or Sunday.
    In an effort to keep our rental rates reasonable, we ask you to bring your own sheets and towels to this property. A contact number for a local sheet rental business will be provided with our check in information.

A Extended Family Get Away

This is the 2nd year we’ve stayed in Dewey and these town homes and we are delighted. We used to own a home in Ocean View and never thought we’d like Dewey, but this place, so close to the beach, has made our vacation really great. We hope to spend time every summer at your place. Perfect stay for a teenage troop!

This house was the perfect fit for our troop of a dozen+ Girl Scouts and adults. Short walk to the beach and to the main dining/shopping street. Bedrooms on different floors meant plenty of privacy; well-equipped kitchen, big dining table and roomy living room gave us space for gourmet meals and movie nights. Property manager was very responsive when we had questions. Overall a fantastic stay -- we really appreciated our great hosts and highly recommend!

Great home in a great location. Walking distance from everywhere we went. Once we parked, we did not use our cars until we left. Home was clean, great layout and common area open concept. Host was exceptional. Would definitely plan to bring my family back.

Spacious rental 5 min walking distance from Dewey

I stayed with a group of friends at this vrbo and it was a great size, layout, and location. Privacy on 3 floors of bedrooms with a range of bed types, good sized common areas, and a 5 minute walk to downtown Dewey which was a draw for us. The only downsides were that linens aren't provided, you get a starter supply of TP and paper towels, and the back porch door didn't lock. I suggest bringing your own TP, which is a silly thing to need to bring to a weekend rental. So, a little bare-boned but otherwise it was just what we needed.

We had 4 families, 3 with little children on different schedules. Property comfortably accommodated all of us. Plenty of beds, bedrooms and bathrooms. Location is fantastic. 2 blocks from beach. Short walk to restaurants, bars, shopping.

Guys weekend

Last year we celebrated my bachelor party in Bethany Beach,so we decided hey let's do guys weekend every year around this time of year.We decided on Dewey Beach this year and had to find a place with 10 beds and this place met the requirements and all the guys from 40 to mid 50s enjoyed and were very impressed. Definitely coming here next year . The host did an amazing job.

Family vacation

This condo fit our family of 13 perfectly. Teenagers like their own bathroom and this condo has four to share. Not a far walk to beach. Very clean and we'll equipped kitchen. Outside grill didn't work but otherwise all was great.
