Great home in gorgeous lot 10 minute walk to dewey Beach

  • contact for SPECIAL rate for 4+ week summer 2024 to stay in this Large secluded house in forgotten mile less then 1 mile from beach with community pool with main level 5 bedroom(plus loft) with 3 baths with 1 oversize shower and soaking tub. Double door grand entrance downstairs has powder room and large coat closet at entry as well as small game room with real wood fuseball table step off right front porch! A full enclosed outdoor warm water shower overlooking wooded tree lot over raised deck, 2nd deck out front for more outdoor entertainment, . Bring your bikes and walking feet to walk this wooded secluded bayfront neighborhood, which includes outdoor pool and large sundeck with tables. 5 minute walk to Dewey beach or 5 minute bike to silver lake another 5 minute circle around to board walk. 2 stationary cribs onsite for baby/toddlers, plenty of beds/bunks for children. Large kitchen open layout to living and dining spaces, front portico deck and Loft has partial bay views!
