Welcome to your Detroit getaway — a beautifully renovated and fully equipped 3-bedroom home designed for comfort, style, and convenience. This spacious house accommodates up to 10 guests and is perfect for families, business travelers, or groups looking for a quiet stay near downtown Detroit. The home features a bright and cozy living area with comfortable seating, two smart TVs (one in the main living room and another in the basement), and fast WiFi throughout the property. The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances, cookware, utensils, and essentials for guests who love to cook or enjoy a morning coffee — a regular coffee maker and all kitchen basics are included. On the second floor, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms: Bedroom 1: King-size bed Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed Bedroom 3: Double bed The basement includes two sofa beds, allowing up to 10 guests to sleep comfortably. The full bathroom is located on the second floor, and the entire home is kept spotless by our dedicated cleaning team. Guests enjoy free parking for up to three vehicles — two behind the property (by the alley) and one in front. The house is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood just minutes from downtown, making it easy to reach restaurants, parks, and attractions while returning to a peaceful environment. You’ll have full access to the property, including the porch, basement, and a private entry with self check-in for flexibility and privacy. Cameras are installed outside for security, and the house includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Additional amenities include: Air conditioning and heating Washer and dryer Iron, hair dryer, cleaning products Board games and family-friendly amenities Exercise equipment and free WiFi This home is designed for your comfort — whether you’re visiting Detroit for work, family time, or a group trip, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing stay. Please note: A refundable $100 security deposit is required prior to check-in. RESERVATION POLICIES: 1 - Door codes are always shared at 4 PM. The check-in time frame is from 4 PM-11 PM, anytime after that would be considered a violation of our rules, this timeframe allows us to help if needed during our working hours(8AM-12AM). 2 - Early check-in, Late check-out, and Early bag drop are subject to availability 3 - Door codes will not be shared if the incidentals deposit of $100 and registration are still pending. 4 - Deposit is released 3-7days after the original check-out date, 5 - All complaints must be notified after 30 mins of check-in. 6 - All departures must be reported immediately in a very clear way to us after for calendar availability to others and issue resolution for you, it is recommended to send an alteration request if needed, this helps you to get the unspent nights back while we get the calendar available again, we can then check the spent nights. 7 - All reservation changes must be done before the checkout time each day (10 AM), changes can not be done after 10 AM as per the app configuration, we can not override this. 8 - If you need an early departure, please submit an alteration request so it can easily be approved. 9 - No courtesy refunds are provided. 10 - If you happen to request a full refund for any circumstance please be ready for Immediate check-out, be sure to alternate the reservation for an early departure so we can approve the unspent nights that were supposed to be non-refundable, so we then might consider another courtesy for the spent night if applicable. 12 - If you want me to coordinate any amenities, please let me know 24 hours in advance (4 PM-12 AM) so my team can deliver or resolve on-site the next day. 13 - Extra cleanings in case of Issues or courtesies should be arranged 24 hours in advance and before 10 AM each day. 11 - INCIDENTAL DEPOSITS POLICY: Amount of the Incidentals fee hold after booking: $100\. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance. Please do not throw trash or paper towels or toilet paper in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can :) Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account On checkout please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your security deposit and/or your booking account.
