"Once you understand the lobby is actually on the top floor for a reason (great view and upper patio all attached to the lobby and bar) it makes sense. Entrance to the hotel is by buzzer. Once I saw a strange woman buzzed in to simply use the lobby washroom… it was 5:45am so she was out all night ..."

"Everything was very nice except an email I recieved telling me that to be sure I was at the hotel front door to list it as 48 Groenplaat which WAS NOT the front of the hotel but the hotel restaurant which made me pay cancellation fees for the taxi."
