Nice place overall a touch outdated but still comfortable
Drove 7+ hours to get there and was told there was a new policy stating that the king bedroom with Jacuzzi tub was on a first come first serve basis, even though we had booked and paid for the room ahead of time. The solution we were offered was to be downgraded to a double room at a discounted rate ($5 off) and have the difference between the rooms refunded. It was really disappointing and then the room we were given was dirty, there were some weird brown streaks on the blankets, the microwave sounded like it was going to combust, and the shower had hair in it.
I do have to give the front desk guy credit, he was pretty friendly, kept apologizing for everything, and brought up extra pillows and blankets personally. Not mad at him, just the hotel itself, or the owner, whoever made the awful new policy and not disclosing it.
Room wasn’t very clean when I checked in. Toilet was dirty, bathtub was dirty, ants all over the room. Stayed six nights and never got maid service the whole stay. Good location and the staff was very nice but I would not stay there again

It was explained at check-in the wi-fi was out & a cancelation was offered. Kept room but wish it was explained further that no wi-fi also meant no tv. The staff gifted two snacks per person from gift shop for inconvenience. Had to use mobile hot spot and drain my cell phone to allow devices to work. Our bathroom floor was dirty, bits of unknown items on the floor. The pool water looked dirty but it ended up being the liner not pool water that was dirty. Pool was truly great and very deep! The staff was cordial and could see they worked hard and were seen cleaning the main lobby areas The hotel was okay but not great. At midnight there was a lot of loud conversations in the hallways. As a single female traveler it did make me uncomfortable.
I would said the hotel was fair, a decent price and if there was WiFi and tv I would return.
Staff was perfect , room was okay tv didn’t work , and other ppl near by were absolutely awful and rude by running thru hallways but other than that perfect
This was the best deal of the week by far. Large room, great check in. Nice pub across the parking lot. Would definitely stay again

Property was a bit run down but fine for the price point and single night use. Desk clerk was friendly and check in and out was easy.

Staff was very friendly but the room was not 100% clean. Also, I had to go to the front desk to get coffee cups and toilet paper. It wasn’t awful but I probably wouldn’t stay again.

Can't really complain about this place. The staff was wonderful. You get what you pay for. Its not fancy but it was clean and not to far from Pine Knob
I stayed 3 nights with my infant & I can't say enough positive things about the staff. Everyone I talked to was super helpful & smiled while working. I would definitely stay there again! Plus my room was huge (1 king bed, non-smoking).

Staff was truly helpful especially the girl who checked us in had a great sense of humor and went right along with my husbands jokes. She was super friendly and made us feel welcome.
