First room had 3 stains on the sheets , so the front desk staff was very helpful giving a new room , but the new room smelled like cigarettes and a used earplug was on the floor, the microwave still had food crumbs in it , and the shower had hair in it. Smart tv was a plus , but overall wouldn't stay again. Also cash deposit only, what is this the 90s? Not family friendly

Awesome renovations!

The renovations we saw in our room completely transformed the space into a modern and comfortable stay. I loved the desk and the entire setup. My only concern is that they cheaped out on the bed, it was hard and uncomfortable. Although I love the room now I will likely consider other options.

hotel was very close to interstate, we heard traffic all night. bed was comfortable and room was clean. supposed to be coffee 24/7 in lobby but obviously you weren't allowed in, had to check in thru a teller like window. door to lobby was locked and room key doesn't open it.

Used to be the best deal I'm town. Under old management The manager was very personable seat to it herself that everything was up to expectations new customers by name. My room was clean and large. There was one person working the front desk when I came and they could have used two. I was in a handicapped room and I thought I should point out that there was a handicapped shower but one would have to step into a regular tub to use it.

You get what you pay for! Cash deposit required!!

Hotel is undergoing renovation. The rooms are clean and beds are brand new. However, we had no working TV, no toiletries, not even a bar of soap. The shampoo and body wash dispenser in shower were empty. There were kids running around everywhere and it appears that many people may be living there. The office staff were very friendly and as helpful as she could be, but things were beyond her control. Also, be prepared to give them $100 CASH deposit before checking in. I got it back, but wasn't expecting it!
