"Upon returning to my room at around 7pm I found that the room door had been left open using the security bar to stop the door closing. I informed reception and was given an apology that it must have been housekeeping as that was how they held the door open during cleaning to avoid always using the keycard. Luckily no one had entered the room and all my belongings were untouched. This was a first for me after staying in hotels in over 30 countries on business trips over a 40 plus year career"
