It’s well situated. Nice to walk by water and close to Carnarvon Hotel. Bed comfortable. Good AC. Breakfast included which is a bonus. but Bathroom needs a deep clean.

We stayed 2 nights which was enough to explore the area. The accomodation was an easy walk into town, and parking directly in of your room made transfer of luggage easy. Bed was comfy and the shower powerful and hot. The restaurant was convenient and the food tasty, sadly the serving staff need to be more cheerful. Used the outdoor pool even if it was a bit chilly and debris had settled on the floor, including someones paper map. Ok for short stays.

Clean and tidy. Had a mini fridge, toaster and kettle. Is dated but aircon works great and a quiet night as you cant hear your neighbours. Parked car just outside our room which was good. Dinner was great at the restaurant. We had lamb and pork which was absolute delicious. Breakfast was extremely simple and minimum. Great stay for a night. Thanks

The accommodation was not ready on arrival for one of the two rooms, so they gave us an alternative room which was a lot older than the other room which appears to have been renovated and very clean and bright. The alternate room had ceiling damage, windows could not open, air-conditioning needed maintenance, the curtain rod was being held up with a cable tie. Sheets on the bed were stained. Pool was not accessible with no explanation when we asked staff as such no where for the 4 of us to sit outside and relax. Facility needs to isolate smokers from accommodation blocks as the smell from the smoke premiated through the rooms as they were just sitting there and virtually chain smoking day and night. With all of this we cancelled our next booking at this location and went elsewhere.
