"It was a very nice hotel, all the staff members were super friendly and made sure you were happy! The only issue was the shower head was too low for us! I am 5’6 and my husband is 6’4! We had to really bend to take a shower! It needs to be lifted up or replaced with a rain shower head."

"I booked a room with a city view and was given a room in a separate building from the main hotel. The building was run down, not clean and felt like it was moving because the elevator was right near our room and very old. The building, itself, was not good quality. When I asked for a room with a city room they said the hotel was over booked. Room was clean, bathroom was very old. Bed very comfortable. "

"Everything about the property is beautiful, the staff was wonderful just being able to walk out of the hotel and be on the beach was a wonderful experience. "

"It’s a beautiful hotel, but the staff wasn’t necessarily the most helpful and there were a few stains in our room. At the restaurant, the waitress seemed to be rushing my husband and I during our anniversary dinner. Kind of a disappointing trip."
