Bereits vor unserer Ankunft hatten wir den Vermieter per E-Mail darüber informiert, dass wir frühzeitig anreisen würden, und um eine Schlüsselübergabe gebeten. Trotz dieser vorherigen Absprache war bei unserer Ankunft niemand vor Ort. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass auch telefonisch niemand erreichbar war. MOOONS

10/10 Excellent

"Mooons is a great hotel near the Main Station in Vienna (3 minute walk) which was very convenient us as we did not rent a car. The hotel is unique with a moon theme throughout. Our room was a Standard room with a Garden View. We were on the 6th floor and the view was great. Others in our party stayed on the 2nd floor and their view wasn't as great. The bed was very comfortable! The shower was wonderful! We loved having air conditioning and a mini fridge. The huge round window with a cushion to sit/relax on was very unique. The only suggestion we have for the room is to either get rid of the carpet or shampoo it more frequently as ours was fairly stained. A great perk was free drinks in the bar in exchange for forgoing housekeeping services! The bar served a variety of drinks and had a small selection of hot food items available. This hotel has a rooftop bar that is open to the public and was quite popular during our stay. We went up to see the view (beautiful!) but there was no seating available. Everyone at the rooftop bar were quite dressed up, so consider that if you plan to hang out there. In addition to the Main Station, Mooons is near grocery stores and restaurants. We used public transportation to travel to other parts of Vienna including Old Town."

"We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable, and the breakfast was a great way to start each day with plenty of choice. While the air conditioning could have been a little more powerful, it was still perfectly adequate. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. We also loved the board games and card games available in the reception area—they were a thoughtful touch and made our evenings even more enjoyable. We'd happily stay here again!"

"Shwarma shop across the street kept us fed reasonably and is open till 11pm, got beer too if the grocery store is closed at 8pm ( also across the street ). There is a recycling culture here that promotes plastic and aluminum returns to the grocery store( found that out too late ), free laundry at Social hub and pool, ping pong and gym."

"We loved everything about Hotel Leonardo! The location is excellent—just a short walk from the train station, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our family of four booked two rooms, and both were spotless, modern, well-maintained, and recently updated. The housekeeping staff did an outstanding job keeping everything clean and comfortable throughout our stay. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended!"
