"We were on a climbing trip so not looking for anything fancy, but decided to spend a little more on our last 2 nights. What a waste! The pool was far too cold to be usable! The staff and management was unresponsive! We had booked 2 twin rooms 2 months in advance, but upon arrival we were told that the hotel was fully booked and they had rooms for us at a different hotel down the road.
