The rooms were clean, toilets are small. Our rooms had large balconies which was very nice and it was such a great place to watch the sunset. As for the staff, they are unprofessional and not friendly. They seem very lost when I was checking in, and they kept on asking me about my booking as if they didn't have the guest confirmations of the night. Also my booking my half board (dinner and breakfast included), but they didn't inform their restaurant when i checked in, so I had to argue with them again to get the meals as I have already paid for it. Looks new and well decorated. Not enough shady place outdoors near the pool and not enough place indoors in the lobby, as many groups keep comming, so you cannot seat and relax. Good: 1) View of the city. 2) Fine bar and swimming pool Bad:1)Shower can not be adjusted to a comfortable temperature. Room and decor of hotel was very authentic Morrocon.
