hotel was totally empty 12 rooms full out of 500 felt like the end of the world however everything was good

Early check-in granted upon arrival. Service and staff are excellent. Food is superb - Situated at two minutes from the Beach and from the glorious Red Sea waters. - On the negative side: maintenance work prevented us from enjoying the “grown-ups pool” - pity! But we were offered a free meal as compensation. Overall, excellent experience. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very well located, making it convenient to explore the area. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options, and the staff was friendly and always helpful. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

This is a property which is tired and needs a face lift. There are no toilets at pool level and our friend who used a mobility scooter was unable to access the pool as there were no ramps. On the other hand the food was outstanding and the staff were lovely. We would go again

Saturday breakfast was terrible

went there for a weekend .food was delicious with loads off food . just abit far from the dead sea but has a spa downstairs

Excellent hotel . Stay on the club level it's well worth the extra . Brilliant helpful staff all the way through the hotel . Great views , close to everything . Shuttle to the beach but it's a nice walk . 100% recommended
