Very modern property. Felt extremely safe staying here for 1 night between flights. Had a wonderful refreshing cocktail and dinner at the restaurant. Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of dishes. Having a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport was a huge plus point, as didn’t need to negotiate or worry about the journey. The staff are very attentive and helpful.

Brilliant service, our luggage was left in New York and the hotel kept us updated as to when our luggage was going to arrive. The rooftop bar and pool are lovely and breakfast was delicious. Cannot fault this hotel. Very pleased

The loveliest one night stay at Friends Hotel. Checked me in as soon as I arrived even though it was many hours before check in time (greatly appreciated as I was so tired!) Clean, comfy room with a balcony giving views up the mountain. Delicious breakfast with great views from the rooftop. Couldn't be more accomodating. Wish I had stayed longer, will definitely be back!

A little Gem in Santiago. Really enjoyed our stay.

The customer service provided in this hotel was second to none. We were collected from the airport and returned to the bus depost free of charge. They also provided a taxi service to the town centre and back for just over £1.00 each way. Before we arrived they were extremely helpful and arranged trips and taxis for us at more competitive rates that we could attain ourselves. Rooms are well equipped, beds are huge, shower is powerful, staff were extremely helpful, they had soy milk and gluten free options for breakfast. Mariella was especially helpful and kind!

THE best hotel! I travelled solo to Cartagena, Colombia for the first time so was naturally nervous but couldn’t have had a better stay at OSH. This hotel is a dream and even better than the photos in person - how is it only 3 star?! Location is 10/10. Beautiful hotel, modern, clean and comfortable with large rooms, and the staff were really helpful. Worth noting many of the rooms are up flights of stairs and there is no lift (although the staff kindly helped me with my bags). Breakfast was the most expensive I’ve seen in Peru but the restaurant is highly rated.

I had no problems booking a transfer to the airport which left on time.
