Ik weet echt wat een 4 sterren hotel moet zijn, dit hotel krijgt er van mij 2 in plaats van 4. De kaner werd wel dagelijks netjes gehouden maar was ondermaats! Douche was knudde, veel te heet, airco deed het niet.... moet ik ff doorgaan? Kies gewoon voor een paar centen meer iets wat echt goed is."

Great communication from the manager. Although I somehow missed the message that her assistant will turn up to collect the tourist tax not included in the price. There should be a better process. No dedicated parking, a large parking structure 2 minutes away. No sane person would want to drive around central Belgrade anyway. "
