We had the large king-bed room on the corner, with a wonderful view of the Trg Republike. The room was very clean. The only challenge is that the air conditioning struggles to cool the space as much as is needed on a warm spring/summer day.

Liked: Staff & service
We loved the location of this hotel, right on the Republic Square, in the heart of the action. There was construction going on so the entrance was hard to find, signage was poor. The hotel needs to give a heads up to how to get to the hotel.
We were also there during Marathon Weekend - very fun for all of the activity, the start/finish line right out our hotel window.
The room was good, plenty of space, we like the safe/fridge.
The young lady at the front desk was VERY helpful at check-in and check-out when we had to find a way to a taxi through all of the Marathon road closures. She was impressive - keep her!
Stuff was amazing. Room was clean. Towels were changed every day.
In the centrr of everything..
Great experience

Disliked: Amenities
The location is great, room is clean and modern. Staff is friendly and check in was quick.
The issue with my room was the overhead shower was broken and the shower position knob was stuck between the overhead and the hand shower so you got water coming out of both. Also the shower doors were not water tight and leaked water into the rest of the bathroom
The hotel is in the centre. Everything is very accessible. So many restaurants in the area. However, finding the hotel itself was a challenge. The room was very small, but a very comfortable bed and hot water for a shower were great. The local transportation is free, so make good use of it.
Probably would not come back, even with the price. The room looks nice, and was kept pretty clean. However, the entrance is very grim and gives a very bad first impression. The elevator is slow and finicky.
The room's bathroom shower was bad, and seemed like the shower head was clogged. I had to keep the bathroom fan constantly on because if I didn't, a faint sewage smell permeated the room. Internet was slow, and the electricity cut out twice during my 2-night stay.
Staff was friendly for Serbia, and I had no issues with them. The view onto the Trg Republika is very pretty.
Hotel is in a main plaza of Belgrade but It was very difficult to find the entrance to the hotel since it is located in between a back door of a cafe and a huge fenced garbage area. The entrance doesn’t have a proper sign and we had to ask strangers over and over for help to find it. The front desk is locked on 5-th floor and to reach an elevator we had to go up about 12 very steep and dirty steps with our heave suitcases - there were not any rail and again it was an extremely difficult task.
Our room was big and we had a nice view. Unfortunately the first impression completely ruined our visit and plus it was very unpleasant each time to go in and out using this extremely dirty and gloomy entrance.
Also staff was not helpful- we asked for a city tour by bus and we had a wrong information.
We had 3 nights in the hotel. Our airplane was leaving in the earlier morning and we asked for help to get a taxi with our luggage - steps were killing us. The first answer (12 hours before departure) was that even they have 24-hours front desk service they can’t guarantee that they help us. We were almost crying… I do not recommend anyone to stay in this place.
The room is good but the property reeks of cigarettes and there is trash and stains everywhere in the staircase. The outside of the building smelled horrible on the way in and the construction happening right outside our window made it impossible to sleep.
