"We always love staying here, easy access with the boats being parked just down the hill. You have a big sand point just outside the cove for the kids to swim and play. Coming from Fort Worth and Houston, Nacogdoches seemed like a good place and this home was great for sitting outside with coffee to talk and close enough to walk around campus to see what remains and what has changed. "Would stay again. Pros: Nice, clean apartment located close to campus. Beds are comfortable. Owners are easily reachable and quick to respond. Cons: stairs to upstairs apartments are a little steep. We were going to bring elderly grandparents and it may have been ok but if that could be an issue for your party, get a downstairs unit. This property is new to VRBO and they are still working out some kinks but the owners are quick with communication and customer service is good. "
