Amazing hotel with wonderful staff

Everything worked well from the ease of checking in to the upgraded room overlooking the lake to the excellent, responsive staff. The visit was a delight from start to finish. Of particular note were the arrangements for breakfast and the extreme helpfulness and resourcefulness of the members of the concierge team. Can't speak highly enough of them.

Young lady on the desk was absolutely amazing. Helped us plan a couple of days in Milan also offered to get us a breakfast To Go because we were leaving early on our second day. Hotel itself was lovely clean and the location to the Metro was good.

Excellent hotel. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Even to the point when one of them went to sort out buying my son and I the tickets for the metro, as the lady didn't understand me! Rooms were cleaned superbly and even after we left them late in the day.

Very good location once you realise the route 14 tram goes to and from the centre til late night. Absolutely no need to go to nearest metro station qt8

Nhow is a fantastic, chic and modern hotel about 5 minutes from P.ta Genova station in the heart of Navigli. Navigli is the place to stay in Milan. It's a short metro ride from the main tourist attractions but the place to be at night with canals lined with restaurants and bars. It seems to be very popular with the locals. Location is amazing, so close to everything. Staff very helpful especially Stefanie. Although the room was small, everything was fitted nicely but deceptively the bathroom was big and catered for people who need to sit to have a shower. The disadvantage is the breakfast which is not the best for an Italian hotel. It’s limited but we did have a lovely omelette.

The hotel offers a very high level of service. It all began with my arrival at Linate airport to be faced with a taxi strike......a phone call to the charming Concierge resulted in a car arriving within 30 minutes to take me direct to the Hotel, where I was graciously received and personally taken to my very well appointed Suite. Imagine going through a door in set into a very large double set of doors in a small side street. Some may say, unfairly, that it feels like stepping into a prison. In fact you are actually entering a building that has several private residencies and commercial offices - including a laboratory of some kind. Finding it was a nightmare! This is a hotel with an extraordinary history. Its link with Giuseppe Verdi is completely unique. It is also just a few minutes walk from Teatro alla Scala. Everything about this hotel is completely wonderful; the food, the staff, the rooms and restaurants.

A really nice hotel with friendly staff. Hotel is easy walking distance to the Duomo and other land marks. Taxis booked by the hotel arrived within 3mins of booking. Used this service twice. Breakfast was good. The room comfortable and clean. No complaints at all. When I come back to Milan I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Walking distance to the Cathedral , shops,bars,restaurants and parks. Would recommend
