Giuseppe, the chef and waiter (a man of many hats), charmingly doted on us by regularly bringing us drinks as we sat in the garden and providing us with excellent, on-the-house, culinary creations alongside our meals. The pool was also beautiful and cold, exactly what was needed during the hot summer days."

"We were in the area to do some family history research. Ariano Irpino was an excellent base, and Hotel Biffy was a great place to lay down our heads at the end of the day. "We booked a room, showed up before checkin time and they were not operating yet for the season. Mistakes happen, so we weren’t too upset as we found a nearby room at Hotel Portobello . The groundskeeper told us to get a refund thru Expedia. Expedia contacted the hotel, the hotel denied our refund. They said we didn’t cancel within the cancelation time frame?? This place is such a scam. I do not recommend unless you want to risk losing your money. "
