Nice little bar with a welcoming bartender, Chuck. Staff is top notch: helpful, friendly and always visible. Given that I make annual visits to Cleveland, I think I found a home away from home. "

"The room was excellent except the there was no shampoo so I used 2 pumps of the shower gel to wash my hair & then the gel was empty when I wanted to wash my body. I found a housekeeper in the hall she gave me shampoo & said they would bring shower gel. They never did "

"Comfortable beds and loved our room! The breakfast was always delicious and staff was great at keeping the area clean. We loved that there was an ice machine and filtered water dispenser right off the lobby so we could refill our water bottles. Highly recommend this hotel! "
