"J'avais réservé 4 jours dans un gîte pour 4 personnes.J'ai payé, et j'ai reçu la confirmation et l'adresse. Le lundi, on se presente chez le propriétaire et le gîte était occupé pour tout le mois d'octobre. À 19hrs nous n'avions pas un toit pour dormir. En ce moment je suis en train de désinstaller l'appli et je croise les doigts pour avoir un remboursement."

"Very clean spacious apartment in a quaint town. There was great communication with the owner and after a phone call on arrival we easily obtained key for checking.
