Accommodation with internet access. 100 km from Paris and Reims, 60 km from Troyes, Épernay, and Sens, 25 km from Sézanne, 20 km from Provins, and 15 km from Nogent-sur-Seine. Apartment adjoining another holiday rental with a separate entrance, parking, outdoor play area for children, and a shared courtyard and garden. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Nogent-sur-Seine and its power plant 15 km away, wine cellar tours, Provins and its medieval town, Château de la Motte Tilly, 20 km away, and a large fishing pond 35 minutes away. We are Champagne winegrowers; upon reservation, you can take a tour of our vineyards with a picnic lunch, visit our winery, and taste our champagne. Reservations for our reception hall (capacity of 30 people, equivalent to our 6 cottages). Tapas evening in our reception hall by reservation. In late August–early September, we can take you to listen to the deer rut. SHARED COMMUNAL POOL, heated and open from May through September, located 450 m away (access from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM—closed Sunday mornings—swimming costumes required).You’ll have access to a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area, one bedroom (2 beds measuring 140x190), a loft bed (1 bed measuring 90x190), a walk-in closet, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Outside, there is a motorcycle/bicycle shelter with a ping-pong table, private patio furniture, and a plancha grill. Included: made-up beds, linens, heating, electricity, and end-of-stay cleaning. Children’s, teen, and adult bicycles, as well as child seats, are available for rent by reservation with the owners (€5/day/person).
