"Great experience. Jose met us in person on the street to direct us to the apt and let us in. He took the time to arrange to have our luggage dropped off at the apt. since we were still on the Camino Santiago walk. Clean, tidy, and well stocked. The apt had plenty of room for 3-4 people. "After a long cold and rainy day on the Camino, Manuel picked us up in town. This was a life saver as we were so wet and cold from the walk. Upon arrival there was a welcoming fire and coffee and cookies. We felt right at home. We were the only guest so we were able to enjoy the family room by the fire all evening. "We arrived tired and hungry after 24k camino walk in heat and "host" saw us to our rooms and offered us dinner later. Macaron, he said. However what he produced was two cold plates of insipid pasta and tuna with sweetcorn followed by supermarket "creme caramel". There was just one choice of mediocre white wine. The bedroom window furthest away from the noisy traffic would not open for which he blamed the handy man. His lack of English didn't help. I had also requested a quieter room over looking...
