"A real hidden gem in Goa, three location is perfect, only 5 minutes walk from the beach where there are plenty of chilled beach shacks serving reasonably priced good and drinks, but the hotel is far enough away that it's totally peaceful at night and is very secure with a guard on duty 24/7. "Well, This hotel is not a 4 star by any means, Staff is very good no doubt, they helped me when needed, But there travel Desk Trying to Rip me off whenever they got chance, this time india was suffring from Demonatization and i needed to book Taxi from hotel only due to cash Crunch, but They charge me every time Heavy sum. Even on last day when i needed to go airport they charge me for a taxi for whole Day!!!!, So overall felt cheated ! Lights in night get of every time they needed to...

"Room and bathroom are small The hotel is a renovation of old property which was country inn suite and needs a lot of upgrades The staff are excellent and very helpful but they cannot change the poor condition of the property or very small bathrooms "

"We we greeted on arrival by Anthony (owner). On arrival we asked for a first floor room overlooking the fields..which was no problem to accomodate. If we had any issues they were dealt with straight away. Anthony and Margaret (sister) were always around and always very cheerful. The property is spotlessly clean with bed linen and towels changed every 2 days and room always smells fresh and clean when you get back. Very close to many bars and restaurants and a 5 minute walk away to beach....
