"Staff is absolutely amazing! Everyone was so friendly and helpful at all hours! This hotel is very nice and smells amazing as soon as you walk in! Room was very clean. The only reason I’m not giving it a 5 star is because the beds were so uncomfortable I couldn’t sleep. My bones literally hurt because the beds were way too firm. If they had comfy beds I would 100% return. But can’t say I will now."

"The best amenities I can say about this hotel is the bed. I agree with the others and I have to say the bed is comfortable. The pillows were mixed some were firm and some were soft. The channels were also pretty decent. The downsize was it did look outdated and it also had the tub clogged when you shower and drain system went down slow. We also saw a cockroach in our last night and that’s why I gave it a 3 star overall. The staff was amazing! Friendly and helpful. Also the remote control did not work for the bigger tv. This hotel needs major renovations in order to have customers want to come back. If you stay for one night maybe two it works as it’s 6-7 minute drive from the airport. But would consider elsewhere. "

"Excellent services and professional staffing"

"Parking situation is terrible. It is valet service, it took them 40 minutes to get our car out and another 30 to acknowledge our presence when we got back to the hotel. Room was fine, but the sliding bathroom door wasn’t installed properly, so no privacy- you can literally see a toiled with the door “closed”. Ok for the couples being in a long relationship, but totally unacceptable if it’s a romantic stay or a new couple."

"The best part about this resort were the spectacular views of the ocean from the room. Nice large windows and sliding glass door to the balcony were the best feature of the room by far. Hotel is dated, but location and access to the beach was great. Although we stayed only 2 nights, it would have been nice to have housekeeping do our rooms and give us fresh towels at the least. Basic amenities like bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash would have been nice considering the price per night they charge. Regardless, we still enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the beach as much as we could. "

"Hotel is old and the shower leaked from the pocket light and then into the main room. Maintenance was frustrated and we were moved to a new room with two double beds. The shower handle fell off in this room. The place needs a huge makeover "

"Nice place to stay for a layover. Clean, comfortable bed, free shuttle on time. Very near to the airport. Left too early to try breakfast but i got coffee and juice."

"The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and the room service and breakfast were good. The gym and access to several restaurants within the hotel were also a plus. The only downside was the pool was closed, which was unfortunate given the pleasant weather. Overall would definitely book a stay here in the future. "
