Just FYI for whoever is booking the Golden tulip Festac hotel from outside of Nigeria: this is an old hotel. Rugs, beds and showers are from the 70's so expect choking stale smell from the rugs in the rooms and corridors, 'unsleep-able" beds, and hard to operate showers.
