"A pleasant stay at Movenpick, the facilities were good, the staff excellent and a credit to the establishment, facilities were good, areas for improvement, shower was temperamental so it was hard to get a good warm flow, pool looked tired , apart from those 2 points it was a good experience, very secure and central location, will definitely recommend, I rate this 4 stars, but the staff are definitely 5 star willing to go above and beyond and am asset to the organisation, I hope they get...

"It’s an older hotel but still very good. The neighborhood is safe and there’s a supermarket across the street and a few good restaurants very close by (Yellow Chilli).
Breakfast is excellent. Great staff, super helpful and friendly.
Room was very clean. It’s only starting to look older."

The Wi-Fi was excellent and the customer service was exceptional too. The food was also good, although a greater selection of Nigerian cuisine would have been welcome. The beds were comfortable but a bit on the hard side. The smart TV kept disconnecting from our phones. Paying in foreign currency not possible although I was led to believe it was possible.

The room and the parts of the hotel were very clean The staff were very helpful. This is something that I have noticed during my previous 7-9 stays here. The hotel is very secure. The breakfast and the restaurant staff in Eko Signature were excellent and this is one of the reasons that I keep on staying there. It is a very well run hotel.

1. The hotel is very spacious, airy and well designed.
2. The staff very courteous, always had a smile and greeted me every morning. I was especially impressed by Chika at Noriko who went over and beyond expectations to ensure that my Mum and I had a pleasant Mother Day's lunch. Cecilia in the Idapo Lounge was another revelation, very nice and polite and I must also mention Joseph, Joy and Blessing at Reception who all made my stay a very pleasant one.
