"This hotel is a 4\* at best. I was given a room on the ground floor in the corner with full view into the room from all angles, which provided little to no privacy. The bathroom did not have a proper way to drain water, so after a shower, almost the whole floor would be covered and even leak into the hall. Also had some bad service experiences in the hotel. And the pool was way too cold to swim, making it redundant. Shame, as it is advertised bettter than it is."

"My friend and I ended our Namibia trip here and it was absolutely incredible! The views from the property are so serene and stunning. The actual architecture of the property and each individual hut is incredible. The staff was immensely helpful and patient. The food was delicious, the beds were SO comfortable. They have great guides for the game drives and excursions. We were so happy to end our trip here!"
