He always was happy and ready to help to the hotel guests. He made our stay excellent. The cleaners were very good too, they working hard to keep the rooms spotless clean. And on the end, and as I promised to her I must olso mention Nara Zelem, the lady who is front desk staff and is a great shame for the hotel. Her behaviour was very arrogant. She was very negative and rude person. I wonder how that nice hotel employs people like her. Once again a BIG THANK to MAN and SARNAI, the hotel need staff like you guys!
