The staff was instantly accommodating when my flight was delayed and I ended up arriving an hour after check-in was accepted, but the staff graciously waited for me to arrive so I wouldn't be deserted. After that, all the rest of the staff have been very welcoming to me, even though I'm not too fluent in Japanese, and they provided excellent breakfast choices every morning. I stayed for a week and the atmosphere remained feeling clean and safe. I want to say thank you to everyone working there!
