And here started the story, different apartment, promised wifi not available, no ironing machine, no cleaning done daily as promised.... No nothing, just a good location of the apartment and the size .....very old furniture, pictures were done by Aİ, i have the proof.... We ordered room service twice, and both times the food was undercooked. Despite this, the front desk refused to waive the charges, and the hotel manager didn’t offer any resolution. Instead, he claimed the plates were empty when returned, which was simply not true. This was such an unnecessary issue that could have been handled much more professionally—especially by a brand of this caliber.
