We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there. Also, it was not peak season so many things were not fully operating, like the Aqua Park. The apartment we stayed in was far away from the nearest pool so we needed to be driven there. The apartment, although nicely done up with modern facilities, was a little dusty when we got there and essential amenities listed on the website were missing, like shampoo etc. However, Dr Hassan was very helpful, he arranged a local driver, Alaa to transport us to and from the pool, get groceries, explore local area and to other parts of the marina. We did a day trip to Alexandria, which was amazing and also spent 2 days by the pool and marina (jet ski and speed boating). Language was a bit of an issue so we had to use a translator app. Dr Hassan regularly checked in with us. In the end, we actually had a great time and would highly recommend, but probably in peak season.

İ choosed the more expensive house form both were available on the page, after that i texted the company responsible for renting and they told me this isnt the apartment you choosed. And here started the story, different apartment, promised wifi not available, no ironing machine, no cleaning done daily as promised.... No nothing, just a good location of the apartment and the size .....very old furniture, pictures were done by Aİ, i have the proof.... To be honest i wouldnt risk my brand name with them hotels.com is a big company dont waste the repetition with such companies

Prices are for luxury hotels but staff ruins your experience, untrained, rude and you have to speak to a manager about basic hotel amenities and supplies to get things done. They have the nespresso machines in the rooms but they do not supply nespresso capsules unless you asked, someone trying to be smart over there may have suggested to save few bucks. Even though you have a credit card on file they keep harassing you with bills to sign the moment you order something claiming that people order f&b and do not pay for them. We requested transportation to a close by hotel, and after we were quoted a price they increased the price the day of, and claimed that no one called to book and that they didn’t know anything about what we were talking about until we got a manager to resolve the issue and honour the agreement. They have limited restaurants if you do not like to dine in their boring buffet. In the Italian restaurant they served us the 2nd course before the appetizer and the first, when we complained they said come back the next day and will do it perfectly and same thing happened again bread and oil were served after the main course. Poor service poor staff training and outrageous prices for such service. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this hotel at all costs.

The sewage was not working in two WCs , two broken chairs, the room service didn’t come regularly, the delivery are not allowed simply to get to the chalet I had to get out to the lobby or call them to allow the delivery boys in. The beach was very good but service and maintenance not that good bad experience
