Chef prepared custom meals for a couple of us who are vegetarian . I decided to decline the Kilimanjaro tour operators included hotel and booked this hotel. The tour operator also recommend this hotel as the best in Moshi . Lovely pool with good views of Kilimanjaro from the pool deck. Lovely grounds to take a walk. Best however was the always smiling and friendly staff . Rooms were spacious and immaculate. Impeccable decor . Spacious lobby to hang around .Staff are excellent from bell boys to reception to dining room staff.Coffee plantation on site from which their coffee is sourced. Coffee is amazing and I bought some to take home. Grounds are immaculately maintained and the boys in the garden even plucked some Guavas for me. Beautiful pool. Breakfast was amazing with a wide spread . They have a workshop for people with disabilities at the back from where we bought merchandise . They allowed late check out on request . Every single person went out of their way to help to make our stay memorable. Highly recommend staying here.
