"We had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn Eschborn! The hotel is modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was absolutely wonderful, with a great variety and everything fresh and delicious. The only downside was that the triple room felt quite small for a family. Other than that, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!"

"Not a proper airport hotel. 1. Before arriving I received two text messages and eventually a call via whatsapp to inquire about my arrival time. When I finally got there I understood why. The hotel is tiny. Rooms dont have numvers they are called ruby, gold and platinum. And the receptionist was planning his evening. 2. It is normal to chitchat during checkin. It is decidedly not normal that your checkin comes to a grinding halt because the receptionist decides to share their life story...

I probably did not react well as the last time this happened (also in Germany) it was a disaster! Parking is around the back, but you have to go 1-200 mtrs up the road the get to the turning - and they guy on the phone seemed to have no idea how to assist. Got my key from the key safe on the wall, parked and made my way to the room. To be fair, the room was OK, but the TV had no...
