"We stayed at this hotel for a week long visit. We were upgraded on arrival which was a very nice touch. Our room was palatial and had a great view. Great location, right next to Gates of Dawn and Old Town Vilnius. The breakfast is very good with a variety of choices. They ask you if you want breakfast when you check in but don't tell you the cost and it's hard to add breakfast later, if you change your mind. The restaurant is good as well; we went there for dinner one night. Housekeeping was inconsistent. The tub was not cleaned for a few days. The shower gel dispensers was not refilled during our stay so we barely had any on our last night. The hand soap dispenser was not refilled half way through our stay so we had to ask for assistance and received more shampoo and conditioner bottles before finally getting hand soap. The staff is not friendly but help when needed. Given the location and amenities, I would stay here again."

"The hotel charges a fee for parking which you can incorporate in your reservation. I did not park on grounds I parked a few blocks away which turned out to be more economical. They offered breakfast for a fee , which had to be arranged with your reservation. The breakfast was amazing. I appreciated the fact breakfast started at 6:30am. The staff was pleasant and informative."

"Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was very good and convenient, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The main area for improvement is the breakfast. It was quite basic and lacked variety. It would be nice to have more pastries (viennoiseries), a wider selection of fresh fruits, spreadable cheese, and better-quality coffee, as the coffee was rather tasteless. Another point is that a refrigerator in the room is almost indispensable during the summer and would greatly improve guests' comfort. Apart from these points, everything was satisfactory, and I enjoyed my stay."

"What a lovely and excellent spot. You have to be careful pulling into their parking as the entrance is both steep and tight. But its very accommodating. You have a restaurant right within the property if so desired. 24hr parking for 20 euro is fantastic. Easy access into the old city by foot. The room i had recieved is quite modern and very comfortable. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. 10/10"
