"The property is going under a renovation. Our room was very nice but some of the hallways, lobby and elevator were dated or under construction. The staff was very nice."

"Nice hotel, staff was nice at check in. Room was great except temperature control. My room was 89 when I got in there when the temperature outside was 50. I turned it down from 74 to 60 but nothing happened. I tried again an hour later and changed the configuration to see if that worked. Nothing worked. I sweated all night at 83-89 degrees. When I told the staff, they were not helpful and wouldnt let me talk to a manager. They just said "its an old building and the heat is finicky". Not good enough."
