Some beautiful greenery and flowers around. Then the hotel and the rooms would clearly need some refreshing. The a/c in the rooms is old and noisy (we were there during a heat wave). Breakfast and food are okeish, but not lavish, which I guess goes with moderate cost of the facility. Staff is very nice, but that sometimes does not balance out some shortcomings of the hotel itself.
