Beautiful room with great facilities including a washing machine and cloths dryer. Rooftop infinity pool was wonderful. Staff really friendly and relaxed. Traditional Korean breakfast. Overall highly recommended.

We stayed at Jeju Igloo for 3 nights, the hosts were absolutely amazing and couldn't do enough to help us. When we arrived, they gave us some cold homemade rice drink and showed us the igloo. They gave us a local map and explained all the bus routes, where the nearest stops were etc. When we were ready to go out an explore, they drove us to Handeok beach and showed us where everything was and how to get the bus back (or elsewhere). Great place to stay on Jeju Island. The room has everything we needed. It even had air dresser which we really enjoyed and save us some time on ironing. The breakfast is tasty as well but the portions are rather small.

Would definitely go back.

Hotel a bit dated but when it comes to overall value, it was a positive experience

Honestly a nice hotel with friendly staff. Most speak English and very helpful with getting to places or attractions you should see. On Google maps, ICC seems very far, but it's a 10 minute walk. The price and location of the hotel was great if you're needing the ICC for your main reason of stay. Also, the bus 600 is accessible by the ICC to get around.
