"We had a fantastic stay at Azura. We were warmly greeted straight from the get go by staff who were all smiling and gave clear instructions on what to expect for the week. The villa was exactly as described - clean, indoor/outdoor showers, plunge pool, and multiple sitting areas. The food for the week was wonderful - the staff was able to accommodate for my wife's dietary needs each day. For activities we rode horses in the water, snorkeled (saw eels, a small shark, and turtles), and did the...

"The reception didn’t exist and there was no staff to help us throughout the stay. There was no place to get food and not even a place to buy water or ask anyone for anything. The power kept going out and AC kept not working and we’d have to basically go out and yell until the guys doing construction would come turn it on. They need an actual front desk and staff to actually be present and help. No one spoke English either."

This is a really lovely hotel. Felt super safe with nice food and beautiful rooms. Staff are very helpful and lovely. The only thing I would say is that I couldn’t go straight onto the beach from my room which is a short walk to the access point but I could nevertheless see it from my balcony. There are some building works in the area which didn’t affect me. I really appreciated the airport pick up and drop off too. I would come again.

Chantel and her staff are very welcoming and attentive. The property has good facilities and guests are made to feel like its a home from home. The beachside position are perfect for walking on the beach in the current covid restrictions.
The rooms are well appointed, with comfortable beds & great bathrooms. As someone who prefers to drink tea, the coffee making facilities in the room are limiting, but access to the small kitchen for drink making was appreciated. The covered dining & seating...

The service was flawless with staff super attentive to our needs, our questions, and our requests. The hotel only has 12 rooms so there’s a lovely sense of intimacy. The rooms are beautifully decorated with very tasteful items, they have a lot of light coming through and an feeling of openness with the stunning view of the sea and the French doors on two of the walls of the room.
