"My room did not look like the picture. I requested adjoining rooms initially and did not get them. It took over an hour to get my car from the valet on Sunday morning. That is unacceptable. The staff was very kind and one gentleman in particular was extremely helpful."

I booked 2 king rooms, I was given queens. Check in was late and checkout time for previous people was 12….how are the rooms not cleaned and ready? You need more help for the poor lady at check in. People were not kind to her, and it wasn’t her fault. My party was kind and thankful, but unfortunately most were not."
