"First thing arriving we have our cooler that we brought checked. We were told we can not bring in alcohol. That is by far the dumbest rule I have ever had in all the hotels I have ever stayed with. "We were there for our 50th wedding anniversary with our family. We had 4 rooms which were nice. There were lots of Christmas activities going on. Our dinner at the West Baden resort was wonderful. Both hotels are very nice, but I would recommend the French Lick Hotel if you have kids along."
