"It was filthy. Hair everywhere and lots of updates needed. The hair dryer smoked, the phone was broken and the toilet didn’t work well. The whole experience was bad. We left with a refund and a rash. No exaggeration. "

"It was an older hotel. The shower handle wobbled like it was about to fall off.thr pool area was dirty. I asked the front desk lady for towels and she said she puts them in the pool area. I went back in and they were none. I asked her again and she said she already gave someone in the pool area towels. But there were still no towels. The entryway smelled bad like pot. I think next time we'll stay somewhere else. "

We were put in a connecting room and could hear our neighbor coughing in the morning like they were in the room with us. Kids were playing ding dong ditch down our hallway around 11:00 - not sure why their parents allowed that behavior. The hotel may have said something but we were trying to sleep. We did not go to breakfast and check out was quick. "
