"Majority of the staff were pretty rude or non attentive. Also I didn’t spend my vacation to be interrupted every 10 minutes by someone selling knockoff bracelets on the beach. Kitchen staff was pretty slow as well, will recommend friends and family to go to a different resort."

"The property was very nice. The room was very clean and spacious. The only thing was the showers hot water was only hot for a short amount of time (2minutes tops). Other than that, the location was amazing and near everything. "

"ARCA was great and cozy. The staff is amazing. The manager is even better, Probably beyond their control but a little less trees over the pool would make more appealing. But the food was delicious and the rooms were modern, chic and cozy. Love the aesthetics!"
