"Arrived at property at 3:15 the house was very dirty and smelt Of weed and cigarettes the beds were not made and there leftover food on the counters! Called the host she stated she would refund my money as we were not going to be staying there or leaving out belongings since we had to hurry up and get to the concert! Have sent the host a message with no response! Host stated she was going to call me back and hasn’t yet! We did not stay there last night we had to hurry and find a different place...

"This apartment was pretty good overall. I had to pay from the parking garage every time I got in and out. There’s no privileges regarding parking. They 2 queen beds and fold out sofa. Mislead me by stating in the listing that it was a full twin bed. Not at all the same. Otherwise it’s roomy, clean, safe. Billiard pool room was cool. Didn’t use the swimming pool, but looked nice. Amidst the pressure and chaos of moving from one home to another over the past month, my husband, two dogs, and one cat have cherished Serenity Place and hosts Steven and Katie (and sweet little pooch, Addy) for the oasis of peace and tranquility they have provided.
