The bathroom was filthy. The caulking around the toilet was almost completely gone, and what was left was black. The towel holder was falling off the wall, and there was damaged Sheetrock where it had pulled away. The bathroom sink also did not drain properly. The pool was extremely small and overcrowded. The water was cloudy, and the chlorine was so strong that my eyes were hurting after only 20 minutes. They advertise that they serve Starbucks, but they do not. They only have a Starbucks machine, and it was broken. Staff said they did not know when it would be fixed. We also needed fresh towels and were told they did not have any available. We ended up having to ask one of the cleaning staff for extra towels. Overall, this is an old, rundown hotel that clearly needs a lot of work. I would not stay here again." The surrounding environment didn’t feel very comfortable or suitable for three women traveling together. It seems more like a place that would work well for truckers rather than families or small groups of women. The breakfast was also not very appealing for us, though it might be fine for travlers with different expectations. Overall, it doesn’t have a family-friendly atmosphere. That said, the room itself was very clean, and the bed was comfortable, which we appreciated. I hope this review helps give a clearer picture of the type of hotel this is."
