"I want to preface this review by saying we are normally very understanding, but this was a terrible stay. The moment we arrived, you could tell he house wasn’t cared for because the lawn was completely overgrown. Once inside, we realized just how poorly managed the place is. "I wanted to visit my old college stomping grounds for the weekend and this place delivered. Less than 10 min walk to all the downtown spots and a block from the trail to one mile. It’s the side of downtown you want to be in when you’re over 30. The bikes came in so clutch too. Owner was really accommodating and kind. Would definitely book this place again. "

"Was a wonderful home for stay in Chico for family wedding. Stephanie was very responsive, very friendly. Home was equipped with everything we needed and more. Enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. Would definitely stay again!"
