Really good hotel with a large complex including pools, play area, running course, gym and spa area. There are a couple of shops on the ground floor for souvenirs and booking tours. Staff were very friend and helpful. There is a security check at the entrance and also scanners before entering the hotel. I was travelling for work and my hand tools were not allowed on the hotel. This was slightly unusual but understandable.

An absolute gem for a family stay! I stayed here last night with my family, and we had a fantastic and comfortable experience. The rooms are spotless, the hospitality is warm, and the entire atmosphere is wonderfully welcoming for families. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Addis Ababa. I contacted the hotel in middle of the night to arrange airport transfer. They replied within 5 minutes & that gave me confidence that they look after their guests. Room was was spacious, nice and cleaned daily. I requested a room change and this was done without hesitation. I reported minor damage to a floor tile & this was repaired within 30 minutes & checked by Mr Sirak. Very efficient. The hotel is in Bole region, in South Gate Plaza. The studios are well equipped for short or long stay and the staff are charming and always helpful. Also there is a good free airport shuttle service.

This hotel felt secure and luxurious. The swimming pool was warm, clean and enjoyable, and the food very tasty.

Good, clean newish hotel suitable for business travellers. Wired Internet in the rooms, wi-fi in the lobby and restaurant. Excellent selection of food in the restaurant, both Ethiopian and international. The hotel also offeres a complimentary shuttle service from/to the airport.

I did enjoy my stay at dreamliner hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, neat and homely. The staff too were very welcoming.

The hotel coped twice with minor crises - sending a car into the city to pick me up whe n I'll and providing a room for rest while I waited for a late flight. Highly recommended.
