Overall, it’s a great place to stay. I personally prefer a mattress that is more spongy and has cushioning effect. The mattress was a bit solid and was uncomfortable, but next day they put additional comfort layer and it was okay. The spa service is good but some staff at its reception need more training on good customer service.

I stayed for ten days family and business trip the Hotel in addis ababa the location is unbeatable two minute walk for piazza and surrounded by great coffee shops cenema my room on the 8th floor was spotless ,well-designed and featured one of the most comfortable duble beds I have slept in. and loved how quiet the bed was firm and comfortable and I slept deeply despit being right in the city center. room service was exelant
