I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Getfam. It's in a great location yet somehow seems to be one of Addis Ababa's hidden gems. The stylish lobby is breathtaking and for my visit proved to be a perfect place for meeting with people. The restaurant was excellent - especially the fresh fruit and croissants for breakfast! My room was really comfortable - easily comparable with the best of the rest. But the truly outstanding part was the people. The hotel staff treat you like a friend. It was fun to...

I travelled to Addis Ababa for business and I stayed at the Swiss Inn. It's a wonderful hotel with beautifully decorated rooms, comfortable beds and most importantly for me a warm shower. All of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay. The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor and an 8th floor restaurant and bar with wonderful views of the city. If you are travelling to Addis Ababa for business or leisure and you are looking for a great hotel at a good price, I...

8/10 Good
Overall, it’s a great place to stay. I personally prefer a mattress that is more spongy and has cushioning effect. The mattress was a bit solid and was uncomfortable, but next day they put additional comfort layer and it was okay. The spa service is good but some staff at its reception need more training on good customer service.
